Alpha Delta Chi National Convention 2012

Sisters of Alpha Delta Chi,

On behalf of Georgia Tech's Sigma Chapter, we would like to invite you to attend Alpha Delta Chi's National Convention of 2012. We are very excited to be hosting you all next year and hope that you will be able to come! Here are a few details for the weekend:
First of all, you ladies will be flying into Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia. The airport is about 20 minutes away from Georgia Tech, but we are going to ask that you take the MARTA train north to the Midtown Station. We will provide transportation from the station to campus. Also, please send us your flight information no later than January 20, 2012 so that we have ample time to make arrangements for you.
Second, we ask that you arrive at the ADX house no later than 6:00 PM on Friday night; that way we all have time to begin getting to know each other before we have to split into our housing groups.
Third, convention is business attire, so please pack accordingly. Comfortable shoes may be good because Tech's campus is fairly large. Also, the weather in Atlanta during February is relatively cold, so bring warmer clothing, blankets, jackets, etc. However, you may want to be prepared for any kind of weather occurrence because there is no telling what weather the next day may bring. An official packing list will be sent out with Registration Forms.
The finale of the weekend will be a small worship event on Sunday morning, from which you all will sadly depart. We will provide rides back to the MARTA station, or to the airport, depending on need.
Be on the lookout for Registration information coming to your chapters. Registration is the official way that we will know you are coming. However, responses on the evite will help us with our planning, so please be sure to submit both.

We hope to see y'all in February!

With love,
Sigma Sisters
